Inspired by classic love stories, Caroline & Michael’s beautiful autumn wedding took place in the bride’s hometown of Carmel, Indiana. For the glamorous affair, the chic Hotel Carmichael was the perfect backdrop to create a truly memorable soirée for one hundred and fifty of their closest friends and family. With an abundance of white blooms by Vineyard Flower Co. and exquisite design details from Connolly House Events, as a Hotel Carmichael wedding photographer, the day could not have been more beautiful or meaningful.
The beautiful day started in Caroline’s bridal suite where she wore feathered pajamas from the Daily Sleeper. I love how she incorporated feathers both in her getting ready attire and in her chic reception dress (scroll down to see the full look!)
For the traditional white wedding, Caroline chose a regal Sareh Nouri gown inspired by Princess Grace. With a stunning structure and dramatic bow, the gown reflected Caroline’s classic elegance in every way.
Caroline and Michael opted for a first look and to read their vows privately to each other before the ceremony.
The chic couple were married in the same church where Caroline’s parents and aunt and uncle were married, and there was not a dry eye left in the house when the two said ‘I do.’ When the sun set, she donned a little feathered number and sparkling heels to dance the night away.
The sweetest first look with the father of the bride.
