One of the things that makes having a destination wedding so incredibly special is the fact that because friends and family travel a great distance to celebrate your love (and often times turn the trip into a vacation themselves), you have the ability to extend the celebrations into a multi-day affair.
For Kimberly & Scott’s wine country destination wedding, they rented out a beautiful vineyard for their rehearsal dinner and welcome party. To take advantage of Niner Wine Estate’s idyllic setting, we decided to sneak away during the first few minutes of the party to capture some engagement photos on film in the vineyard – and I couldn’t be happier that we did. Not only was the golden wine country light absolute magic, but it was the perfect opportunity to allow Kimberly & Scott a chance to savor those last few precious moments to themselves before their wedding day.
