Today I am pleased to announce that 100 Lake Cake has featured my images from this beautiful Pippin Hill wedding editorial!
One of the most beautiful wedding venues on the East Coast, Pippin Hill Farm & Vineyards, nestled in the rolling hills of Charlottesville, Virginia, is a fine art film photographer’s dream. I had the incredible opportunity to spend two days learning, collaborating, and shooting at Pippin Hill for the Belle Lumiere Workshop. Thoughtfully designed and executed by an incredible team of creatives, the film photography workshop absolutely overflowed with beauty and creative inspiration.
Although day one of the workshop was cold and misty, somehow Pippin Hill almost looked more beautiful in the rain. Perched on top of a hill and surrounded by vineyards, we were able to admire the stunning Blue Ridge Mountains – made even more lovely by an ethereal blanket of clouds and fog. The gorgeous model wore not one, but two incredible gowns from The Dress Theory. A simple but beautiful tablescape was lovingly created by Lauren Emerson Events & Design – my favorite element being the delicate florals which added a much-needed pop of color to the grey afternoon.
