On a crisp fall morning, I met my dear friend and florist-extraordinaire, Autumn of Isibeal Studio (see her gorgeous work here and here), and her fiancé, artist Phillip Campbell, in Paris capture their engagement photos. To celebrate their love, Autumn and Phillip spent a long weekend exploring the City of Light, and I truly could not have been more honored to document this special memory for them.
For their fall engagement photos in Paris, we met at sunrise on the beautiful Pont Alexandre III to admire the magnificence of the city and watch the sun slowly rise over the Seine. Autumn and Phillip truly have the most inspiring love – it’s impossible not to see their mutual respect, admiration, and how their faces light up every time they look at each other. After, we traveled to one of my favorite places in Paris – the majestic Palais-Royal. This former palace, located in the heart of the 1st-Arrondissement, is a magical respite from the nearby tourist-filled Louvre, and it offers a plethora of gorgeous backdrops for fall engagement photos in Paris. By this point we were all a little chilled, so we decided to head to one of my favorite nearby cafés – Le Nemours – for coffee and croissants. It was truly the perfect way to end the most beautiful Parisian morning and I feel so honored to have been able to capture this special time in Autumn and Phillip’s lives!
