After driving from Manchester to England’s rugged Peak District to the posh Cotswolds to the dramatic Devon coast, we headed eastward towards London for the final stop of our British road trip – three days in the Surrey countryside at the newly opened Beaverbrook country house hotel. Steeped in charm and history, this quintessential English country estate was the former home of Lord Beaverbrook – a dear friend and confidant of Sir Winston Churchill. After pursuing my degree in fashion, I began my career as a travel photographer, exploring the world one country at a time and telling the stories of the people, places, art, and ideas that moved me. But, it was when I photographed my first destination wedding that I truly found my life’s calling.
